Due to the nature of our products (printed journals and handmade items), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Kindly include:

• Order number

• Clear photos of the item

• Description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Digital products (if any) are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.
